1. Coaching Packages & Subscriptions

Our coaching packages (Basic, Standard, Premium) and business consulting services involve dedicated, reserved time from our expert coaches. Therefore:

• No Refunds: Once a coaching session or monthly package has commenced, fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly subscription or coaching package at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a 1-on-1 session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited without a refund.

2. Event & Workshop Tickets

For our in-person events (such as the Superhuman Entrepreneurs event) and virtual workshops:

• Ticket purchases are strictly non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by Fly Academy.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the event date.
• If Fly Academy cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to apply the credit to a future event.

3. Digital Products & Online Modules

Due to the immediate access provided to our digital products, downloadable resources, and online training modules, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access to the digital content has been granted.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. Refund requests made due to medical emergencies or severe unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Fly Academy management.
